The objective of this project was to create a “full-color” monograph documenting the work of a renowned architect—Pierre Koenig. In this exercise we were expected to master the column and other typographic details by designing/exploring/refining the design principles of scale, contrast, and rhythm.
 
The design was meant to be typographically beautiful. Simple without being simplistic, have a clear hierarchy, and attention to detail. It was also expected to be interesting, inviting, dynamic and commemorative of Pierre Koenig's timeless architectural endeavors.
